Students must complete four modules to graduate from the programme, comprising three core modules and one elective module.

The programme includes a total learning time of 120 hours of total guided learning, with 120 hours of student learning time per module.

Each learning session comprises one-hour scheduled online teaching by an experienced SIM academic, and four hours of online individual and group activities. Learning is further supported by recorded videos, case studies and activities hosted on the centralised online learning platform. Additional learning is expected through self-paced supplementary reading and directed study.

Applicants to the Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management (E-Learning) must meet basic minimum admission requirements in order to be eligible for study. The Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management (E-Learning) is developed and awarded by Singapore Institute of Management, Singapore.

Domestic Students

The Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management (E-Learning) has strict academic requirements for entry.
Applicants must hold a degree from a recognised university.
Alternatively, candidates (30 years old and above) who are Diploma holders or equivalent qualification, with a minimum of eight years of working experience, are eligible to apply.

International Students

International students must submit an application with equivalent qualifications from a recognised international university.
English language proficiency must also be demonstrated for any students whose academic qualifications are not attained in English.
International students will not be eligible for a Student’s Pass Visa.

Candidates whose academic qualifications are not attained in the English medium are required to demonstrate proficiency in English with the minimum total score indicated below:

IELTS Overall Band ≥ 6.0; or
TOEFL iBT Band Score ≥ 4.5; or

TOEFL iBT (Home Edition) 88; or
Duolingo 100; or
An equivalent English Language qualification
